RIT Pack Grant Received!

WDVFD recently received a grant from the Weyerhaeuser Giving Fund. The station has been without a Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) Pack since they upgraded from 30 minute to 45 minute Self-Contain Breathing Apparatuses (SCBAs) several years ago. Since then, neighboring departments have had Mayday incidents. A Mayday is a matter of when, not if. In order to better to protect our members and assist neighboring departments, members sought grants for a RIT Pack and were able to secure one with the help of Weyerhaeuser's Giving Fund!
